1. Service Description

PulseScore provides API access to aggregated sports betting odds data from multiple bookmakers. The service is offered on a subscription basis with tiered plans (BASIC, PRO, and MAX), each granting different levels of access and usage limits.

2. No Refund Policy

All paid subscriptions (PRO and MAX) are non-refundable once any API call has been made using the subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service capabilities and plan limits before purchasing. If no API calls have been made, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support.

3. Usage Limits

  • BASIC (Free): 100 requests per month, 3 requests per second rate limit.
  • PRO (€79/mo): Unlimited requests, 3 requests per second rate limit.
  • MAX (€149/mo): Unlimited requests, full-access endpoints (/all, /count, /single-events, /paginated), 3 requests per second rate limit.

Exceeding rate limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Persistent abuse may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data obtained through the API without prior written consent.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the API beyond your plan's intended usage.
  • Use the service to facilitate illegal gambling operations in any jurisdiction.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or any security measures.
  • Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair PulseScore's infrastructure.

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

PulseScore aggregates odds data from third-party bookmaker sources. While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we make no guarantees regarding real-time accuracy, completeness, or availability. The data provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, gambling, or investment advice. You use the data entirely at your own risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination for violation, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PulseScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
