1. Service Description

PulseScore provides API access to aggregated publicly available sports betting odds data from multiple bookmakers. The service is offered on a subscription basis with tiered plans (BASIC, STARTER, PRO, MAX, and ULTRA), each granting different levels of access and usage limits.

2. No Refund Policy

All paid subscriptions (STARTER, PRO, MAX, and ULTRA) are non-refundable once any API call has been made using the subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service capabilities and plan limits before purchasing. If no API calls have been made, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support.

This applies to every billing period, including 6- and 12-month plans paid upfront.

3. Billing Periods and Payment

Paid plans can be billed monthly, every 6 months or every 12 months. A 6-month plan costs 5 months at the monthly price (17% off) and a 12-month plan costs 9 months at the monthly price (25% off):

  • STARTER: €20 per month, €100 every 6 months, €180 every 12 months.
  • PRO: €79 per month, €395 every 6 months, €711 every 12 months.
  • MAX: €149 per month, €745 every 6 months, €1,341 every 12 months.
  • ULTRA: €249 per month, €1,245 every 6 months, €2,241 every 12 months.
  • Every charge is taken at the start of the period it pays for. Choosing 6 or 12 months charges the full amount for the whole period immediately at checkout, not month by month.
  • Every plan renews automatically for the same billing period until you cancel.
  • The 7-day free trial is available only on PRO billed monthly. 6- and 12-month plans have no free trial.
  • Switching to another plan or billing period takes effect immediately and is charged immediately. The unused part of your current period is credited against that charge, and any credit left over is applied to your next invoices.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling does not refund time already paid for; refunds are only given as described in section 2.

4. Usage Limits

  • BASIC (Free): 500 requests per month, 1 request per second per bookmaker.
  • STARTER (€20/mo): 30,000 requests per month, 1 request per minute per bookmaker.
  • PRO (€79/mo): Unlimited requests, 1 request per second per bookmaker.
  • MAX (€149/mo): Unlimited requests, 3 requests per second per bookmaker.
  • ULTRA (€249/mo): Unlimited requests, 6 requests per second per bookmaker.

Regardless of plan, an absolute maximum of 15 requests per second per API key applies to all API usage.

Exceeding rate limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Persistent abuse may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data obtained through the API without prior written consent.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the API beyond your plan's intended usage.
  • Use the service to facilitate illegal gambling operations in any jurisdiction.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or any security measures.
  • Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair PulseScore's infrastructure.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

PulseScore aggregates odds data from third-party bookmaker sources. While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we make no guarantees regarding real-time accuracy, completeness, or availability. The data provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, gambling, or investment advice. You use the data entirely at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination for violation, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PulseScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
